Where are the atty fees listed on this lease? I had an atty recommend the CARS lease just because of that clause? Do we have one on ours?

As a landlord, I'd be careful about asking for attorney's fees - if you LOSE, then you may be stuck paying!

does that mean we don't have any clause on this lease?if we end up in court we ask for them then?One attorney suggested a c.a.r.s. Lease& compare the verbage?

There is the "opportunity" to place this clause in the ezlandlord lease. There is a checkbox at the bottom of the FEES step.
