Are properties required to have a range hood vent?

RE: Range Hood
I do not think that this is required as some ranges have build in vent to help filter out smoke. however you may want to think what is best for your property. The hood and proper ventilation is important to help lengthen the life of the kitchen , for everything from walls to paint and other fixtures.
