Landlord Question and Answer Forum

Forum / General Property Management / Owner wants to terminate lease early.
I want to move into the home that I am currently renting out to two tenants. The lease ends in November, but I would like to move into the house in September. I have good tenants and have no reason to "evict" them. Is there anyway to terminate the lease two months early?

RE: Owner wants to terminate lease early.
Only if the lease specifies so. You may want to explain to them your situation, maybe they will cooperate.

RE: Owner wants to terminate lease early.
Tenant has notified owner that mold is present. Owner wants to terminate lease in-order to protect tenant's health. Tenant is deliquent in rent.
