Any one come up against this one?
The tenant is evicted - the place is trashed and they say they are coming back with the truck to pick up the rest of the stuff and keep making the appt and then cancel it??
What do I do with all of this stuffff??

Robert, it maybe trash but you better check your tennant laws because you have to hold that stuff foa amimium amount of time, and sometimesyou have to put in storage and they pick it up there, and guess who pays the storage fee.
