Curious whether anyone has used On-site.com for rental properties. I am renting a house for the first time and signed up for EZ Landlord Forms, but it seems like on-site would be useful as well. Can anyone shed some light on these 2 services for me? Heard good or bad things? Thanks a lot!

I have been using this site for 3 years now, I am a small time real estate investor. With 3 rental units. This site so far has been the best plus I have not found customer service that is always available like ezlandlordforms. I like the storing of info and organizing, everything is easily accessible.
