Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a rental with great renters. My renter's dog was attacked twice now by a neighboring dog owned by tenants that live down the street. (Other tenants are renting from Prop Mang Co)
How do I go about notifying other property owner of their tenant's pet's behavior? Can I sue them for damages done on my property by their tenant's pet?

RE: Notification landlords of tenant pet behavior
If you look up the property management company, you can get their address to write them a letter. They can then pass along the concerns to the owner.

RE: Notification landlords of tenant pet behavior
Now that you know the name of the management company, you can e-mail them or visit their office personally. My manager at Lone Star Realty suggested the same.
