I am just wondering if there is a sample letter to the tenants stating the have to pay for the pest services for reoccurring bed bugs only in that unit? I am a new landlord and not sure how to word the letter.

I believe this website has an addendum that may have some of the wording that you are looking for. I have never used that form but the others that I have needed have helped me, and I was even able to change or add my own language.
