Do you know how long somone can stay in your rental if they cannot find suitable housing? 6 months ?

When a Lease is Periodical and Rent is Paid: Daily or Weekly, a 7 day notice is required. Monthly, a 30 day notice is required. Fixed Term Lease: The lease terminates at the end of the rental agreement unless otherwise specified within the lease. If the landlord continues accepting rent beyond the expiration of the lease, the lease will be considered a Periodical Lease and the notice required shall be 30 days for rent that is paid on a monthly basis and 7 days for rent that is paid on a daily or weekly basis.
