Anyone know how to verify employment on someone that is self employed for possible tenant.

2 Words - Tax Return! This is the best way to verify their income from self emplyment.

Yes, two years of tax returns and also ask what their "EIN" number is. If they say they don't have that number they are not self employed or they are but not paying any taxes which is illegal of course and you don't want them as tenants. Blessings to you!
