I have an applicant returning the application after it's been filled out and it's coming back to me blank. She is using a Mac.

Hello James, Make sure the applicant has the latest version of Adobe Reader. http://get.adobe.com/reader/ Also, make sure they are attaching and sending the lease to your personal email.
