Landlord Question and Answer Forum
This is my first time to rent a house. I have 3 people who would like to sign up for the rental lease. My question is what happens if one of them moves out, does this mean the remaining 2 people are responsible for the entire rental payment? Thank you for your assistance.

Yes that's what it means. They are entering a legal contract, the lease agreement, as a collective party. They are each responsible for making sure they hold up their end of the lease agreement.
