Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I sent the prospective tenants an application approval letter but then discovered that some of the information on their application was false. No lease has been signed, no deposit is on property. Can I now deny their application?

RE: Can I reverse application approval?
Yes. Tell them their application was approved based on false information and you are now denying their rental application because of it.

RE: Can I reverse application approval?
Thanks for the reply, this is new to us and we're trying to do the right thing. We need to be more thorough before giving approval and not after.
