perspective tenant consideration

I have an young applicant that is here on a student Visa?   Based on that they have no SSN to perform a background check on?   They are able to provide a cosigner who is a citizen with SSN and appears qualified.  Is there any method to screen from their Student Visa?  If so will that provide anything useful?

Hello Paul,  The screening service offered only allows applicants with Valid SSN's.
