I have a potential renter who has turned in her rental application with a high credit score and a good amount of savings listed in 3 banks accounts (Various financial institutions) How do I go about and what is the legal way to check to make sure this information is accurate? She is also a senior citizen and doesn't have a regular employment, what documents should i have her make copies of me. And again how do I verify this info is current? I have called her former employer and current property management company.
