I have a house to rent . 4 people want to live in the house and share the cost of the rent. How do I write up the lease to make sure I know who the go to person is.?Also to make sure if one leaves, the other three are responsible to pay the lease. This is my first time.

Welcome to the world of landlording. You need to list all four people on the lease, but state that you will only accept one single payment, not four individual payments.
