I have completed a background check and I see that there are multiple late payments for credit cards and mortgage payments ranging from 30 days to 90 days. Also, some payments went to the collections stage where either full or partial payments were made in last 3 years of time frame. I am considering denying this application and tried using rejection from offered on ezlandlord. How do I know which consumer reporting agency (Experion, TransUnion or Equifac) has provided this data. Is there any way to know this?

The Rental Application Denial letter form ONLY works with tenants you have accepted and created a LEASE for. DUUHHH!!! Folks, this is crazy.
