Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Tigertail Investments, LLCI received a rental application form a young lady that is only 17. She will be 18 when the property is available. Can I legally accept this and will EZ Landlord Form be able to process it ?

RE: Applicant's age
All depends on the date of signing.

RE: Applicant's age
She should be 18 when she signs it for it to count. I'd also get a co-signer for someone that young.
