Would you rent to someone with a recent DUI? Credit isn’t very good due to medical issues several years back. Past landlord references were great. Employer references were good also.

If the DUI was a one off I'd consider it while remembering that if they lose their liscence that could also effect their employment. If they have a significant history of traffic/other infractions I would probably not approve them.
