I'm selling a property and my realtor said we should take professional pics and one of my tenants doesn't want pics done in her apartment. As he owner do I have the right to go in and take pics or no? Property is in Tennessee

I would say no on pictures because that can be put on the internet. Now you can take them on the outside and if you have some recent ones taken before the tenant moved in you could use those too. When the realtor has a potential buyer, you have a right to "show" the unit upon reasonable notice to the tenant. This should be stated in the rental agreement.
