I always ask
1. Did they pay on time?
2. Did they pay regularly?
3. How many times were they late on rent?
4. Did the take care of the property?
5. Was there any damage?
6. Did they get their security deposit back?
7..Why are they moving?
8. Why did you not re-rent to them?
9. Would you re-rent to them?
