Forum / Tenant Screening/Advertising / Is Bank Info Necessary for Screening?

I had an applicant state they did not want to provide bank details for the screening process offered here on EZ Landlord. How can I fairly assess them? Is bank info necessary for vetting applicants?

They do not have to enter that information. I tested it out on myself and there are sections that have the asterisks next to it. Those are the areas that must be filled.
