Hello, I have an 800 sq ft two bedroom one bath duplex in Wisconsin. My question is; I have an applicant that is a couple with a child who want to sleep in one bedroom and have a third adult live in the second bedroom for a total of three adults and one child. Is that too many people for one property with two bedrooms and one bath? I question if the one bathroom can take the use of four showers (or more) per day etc. Thank you, Frank

RE: Occupancy Laws in Wisconsin

I believe the laws are 2 people per bedroom per occupancy. So you could rent to 4 people for a two bedroom. I would still look up your states laws on your states website.
