Is it standard to run a background check on all adult occupants, even an adult mentally challenged child of a tenant ?

Hello, I usually only run on the tenants for which are responsible for the rental payments. Then if I am weary of whether they will pay on time, I will also run the check on a cosigner. Good luck!
