Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I'm in Washington state
What can I charge tenant after they are approved for home to secure that they don't walk away and not rent right before lease starts? I used to charge a non refundable move in fee

RE: Non refundable fee
I would use a holding fee, or a good guy guarantee, I would look up whether they are refundable or not though. Good luck.
