I was wondering who has used this ezlandlord site for a background checks. ... how long it takes to get the results?

I have used it for most of my tenant screenings and have had some issues, but found it was on my potential tenants end. It took a while for one or two of them and they did not follow simple instructions. I ran a report on myself and found out how easy it was to do it and by the time I submitted the report, received the email and approved the report it took a total of 5 minutes. I have had reports take days but it depends on how fast the tenants open the email, click the link and approve. Once they approve it, it is instant.
