Took a chance on a tenant that served time and has been out for some time. This tenant is a bad and dangerous person. Is it legal and OK to give the name of this tenant??? If so where do you post such a notice.?? Will others take notice? Please reply

There are a few spots for reporting tenants. You can try local or city sites I know New York has one. You can also try badtenantlist.net as well a core logic's safe rent, which has a reporting section. Most credit bureaus also have reporting that you can go to. Good Luck!
