I have found craigslist to be subpar plus sometimes the type of renter that is found is subpar. Rentals.com seems to have a decent setup where you can post properties and people looking to rent can search and set up an account to view properties. I feel that this almost helps in the screening process. I think Zillow also has a rental section where you can post as well as realtor.com. Again these are all online sources and hope that his helps.
