Hi Tracy, The tenant screenings with us are carried out by Trans Union. Once you submit a request for a potential tenant they will be emailed to verify and approve by entering their vital info like SS# and so forth. Once they approve you will be able to see the results for the criminal and credit report in your ezLandlord account by going to Tenant Screening > View My Reports. You can always log in and look there to see the status of the report also. Please let us know if there is anything else that you have questions with concerning our tenant screening reports either here or directly with a representative through our Live Chat option.
