I had a prospective tenant deposit $75 for 3 background checks and I can't locate which people they are and can't find them on my account. When I look at my bank statement my deposits usually have the peoples name but this time it went through you. Can you assist me in figuring out who they are? Thanks Marypat Montana

Julie, our system is not set up for the tenant to pay for tenant screenings. To run a background check on a tenant, the Landlord must login to their own account and start a screening request, the tenant is then emailed to approve the screening. Once they approve you will be able to view the results of the report through the View My Reports page under Credit Report tab in the menu.
