I served her a 30 day notice and she won't go. I am putting my self in financial hardship I live in the house and have someone ready to move in that will pay. She refuses to leave has threatened to kill herself several times owns a fire arm and o fear for my safety. What can I do?

I think you should consult with your legal advisor or send her a legal notice.
