I certified mailed and posted a 30 day notice to move...as stated in lease that either the tenant or the landlord can end month to month lease for any reason with a written 30 day notice. My tenant is not moving and I need to know what my next step should be????

Unfortunately, if the tenant doesn't move, then the next step is eviction.
