Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I rent a home in Tennessee.
It have 8 foot high walls around it, very private backyard.
I wake up and find the landlord in the back yard all the time at all hours without notice. I see them drive by all the time waiting for me to leave then they come onto the property.
I like my privacy...Can a landlord go into the baclk yard any time they want, looking in my windows and stuff? When I am sleeping...I wake up and find them there????

RE: Tenant Privacy
No, that is not allowed and an invasion of privacy. Most states, if not all require notice.
