Do a landlord have the right to remove your property from a resident without notifying the tenant even if you are not behind in your rent?

RE: removing tenants property without notice
I do not believe a landlord has a right to do so, without notice being submitted to the tenant.

RE: removing tenants property without notice
Heck here in Indiana I can evict someone with 2 court hearings and still have to store there stuff for up to 3 months depending on the judge. Hard to imagine any state where you could toss property out without any notice.
