Starting June 7, 2012, all Washington landlords and property managers are required to disclose in writing to all rental applicants what criteria is being used to screen them, which companies are providing screening reports, share all screening reports with applicants, and other limitations. Any Washington landlords or property managers care to weigh in on the new law?
