Forum / State Landlord Tenant Law / lease agreement??

I have been with the same property managment bussiness for about 4 year's,they closed the bussiness due to illness,and transfered me to a new property managment place,the question i have is what agreement do i go with? the old one in with i sign with or the new one who i have not signed with,the fee's are not the same.does the new place have any right's?? to not inform me of there new regulation's.

Dennis, if you do not have a contract with the new company I can't imagine how you would use their terms. I would certainly contact them to discuss your conerns.
