Can a section 8 tenant in NJ sign a joint lease e.g. BF and GF where GF is on section 8 whereas BF not

Vivaan, it would be best for you to contact your local sec 8 department. They should be able to answer this question.

I would say no, unless sec 8 allows him to included in the voucher. The voucher should state who the voucher was issued to.
