Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Tenant made late payment via wire. My bank charges 15$ for incoming wire. Last month I asked tenant not to wire.
Tenant made late payment again via wire this month so this time I asked to be reimbursed for the 30$, which tenant refuses. ( ''it is not my problem that your bank charges for incoming wire''). ( Florida)

RE: florida tenants bank charges for incoming wires, tenant refuse to reimburse
In your lease did you allow that option? Also, did you add a late fee charge?

The lease does not include nor prohibit the wiring option. Tenant was actually not last with payment but 'almost' late with payment, hence the last minute wiring to avoid a late fee.
