If a tenent abandoned the premisis due to failure to pay rent (three months due), but left all their posessions behind; how long before we can clean up the property (rid the house of their possesions)? They are basically using the house as a storage unit and admitted to be living somewhere else. They have failed to come and remove their furniture and clothing after scheduled times to come in. I was told it was 30 days. I am hoping because the tenants abandoned the house on their own, it is less . Please advise
