i,ve send a dispossessory notice to my tenant for non payment of the rent and she now is willing to pay. should i accept the payment before going to the court. is it legal to accept paymant from tenant after filing a dispossessory.

Only accept the rent if she has the entire amount to bring it current. Otherwise continue with filing for eviction in court.
