Forum / State Landlord Tenant Law / NJ income discrimination?
A prospective tenant is qualified to lease my apartment and they want to sign a 1-year lease but have their sister live in the unit. So the lessee would be on the hook for the rent but the sister would be the tenant/occupant. Can I reject this applicant and require that all applicants also be residents?
