In WI. on a single family rental property, is the landlord responsible for pest/rodent control on the property if it was stated in the lease that the tenant is responsible for pest control as it is in your lease agreement and the tenant signed and agreed to the lease. Thank You

If it's in the lease, then the lease acts as the deciding factor.
