We just purchased a building a few months ago. One of our tenant's is approx.. 90 years old and has been hospitalized as of 45 days ago. he has not paid rent for September and the rest of his family has not been very helpful. I am wondering what our rights are for entering apartment to clear out food that may be rotting etc. Building is in Ohio.
