I have tenant that have lived in my duplex unit for 3 years. At the time when they moved in the bathtub was reglazed and my side was as well. Well they informed me that it's all peeling and it's slippery and feel I should get it reglazed. The odd thing is my bathub reglaze is just fine and I had no problem with it. I feel that i am not obligated to reglaze it and instead give them a slilp mat for the bathtub to prevent slips.
Am I obligated to reglaze the tub for the exiting tenants? I don't have it in my lease that's I have to do it. My unit is in california. Their lease expires in two months.
