Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have retail space that the tenant has not paid rent for, for nine -9 months. In Connecticut do I have the right to remove this tenant's inventory and take possession of my property. This tenant has become very uncooperative even though I've held back from taking any action.
Any comments from anyone with knowledge of Connecticut law in this situation would be appreciated.
