All of my leases have a non-smoking and non-pot smoking section. I have sent the violating tenant a smoking violation notice. I would like to evict the tenant who is violating their lease.bI would like to evict the tenant who is violating their lease. I am wondering how I prove the tenant is smoking and causing an issue for all of the other tenants on the property? Do I have to prove it?
Has anyone else had this issue in Wisconsin? Thank you for any experience or advice.

RE: Tenant smoking pot in a Four-plex
Tell the tenants that next time they catch someone smoking weed, call the police. Then use the police report as evidence needed for eviction.
