My girlfriend a resident of Wisconsin is living with me in Illinois to reduce her risk to contract Covid-19. She has lived at my house for 30 days. We haven't discussed expectations yet on how long the stay will be. I want to gain control of the expectations and document her stay with a lease. But how is she treated is she a guest, an occupant or tenant.I'm presently not asking for money but will if this continues. How does the law change with each classification What is best lease? 7 day, 30 day and how should it be terminated?
