EZlandlord has no forms or addenda's for the new law in calif, AB 1482 . Why and when??? The new law is in effect now. There are State law requirements that landlords must meet, in writing with tenants, to be in compliance with the law. Also, if your unit is not subject to the in law, you will be subject to the new law if you don't tell your tenants in writing, your unit not subject to the new law.
