Is there a way as a Landlord, we can protect ourselves from Tenants from trying to add rent to their bankruptcy in order to avoid paying their rent? Anyone who knows bankruptcy Laws, please advise. Thank you in advance for any information you might have in regards to this matter is greatly appreciated,
