Tenant disability law

Hi My name is Udayan Patel and I have property in Attleborro, MA and one of tenant did not pay me the rent last three months and now she threaten me that she getting disability pension and you can not evict me . What is the law about disability in Massachusetts ? Please advice me I will highly appreciate your help

Yea. she's BS'ing you. there is no "Physical Disability" that gets a tenant out of paying rent - period. Issue a notice to "pay or vacate" - it's on this website. Then, should she not pay up, go  o the county courthouse and file for an eviction hearing.
