I would like to sell my rental property in Indiana. How much notice do I give my tenant who's lease does not expirer until 12/31/2019.

The further out the better. 90 days should cover you.

I was told by someone that if you sold the property the new owner would have to honor the lease - not sure if that is legally true... does anyone know?
